One of the most critical factors is the environmental impact of a wind turbine. Our hybrid turbines do not cut vertically into the airflow, so they have no noise impact. They are also ideal structures for urban environments.

The Hybrid™ model and MVT® technology (Multiple Vortex Technology) are the intellectual property of Alex Erauw (any counterfeiting will be prosecuted.

Vortex® Patent No. 002245902 0001 is a system that creates and combines vortices in a vertical wind generator (three-dimensional wind speed accelerator).

Clockwise and counterclockwise vortices accelerate and deflect the drag speeds (compression between the vortices).

The inventor’s greatest achievement is that the running vortices must be clockwise and counterclockwise to accurately attack all wings.

The expertise and tremendous perseverance of the inventor and his Green Energy Research Group made it possible to create such a massive work. More than 300 prototypes were modelled, … millimetre by millimetre(!), to model and position the hollow lens wings.

How much money and energy my equipment generates?

Well, it mostly depends on the average wind speed. a 10 kw model with an average annual wind speed of 4.5 m/s will save you about 20,000 kilowatt-hours. how much this means in monetary terms depends on the tariff of your consumption. as a company, you should calculate with the net electricity price but including the grid usage fees. as an individual, the price plus gross vat is the amount saved.

What are the characteristics of the most ideal installation sites?

The windier, the more empty and the higher the site, the better. As a rule of thumb, 1 metre for every metre of soil level will result in a 1% increase in yield.

Is my property suitable for the installation of a wind turbine?

Yes, if:

  • the average annual wind speed reaches 4.5 m/s,
  • free from nearby obstacles such as hills, buildings and trees that slow down the wind.
Do I need to register the wind turbine?

The national building standard in force in 2018 does not require a permit.It is important to know, however, that the local building code may require a notification of the protection of the local landscape – which you should check with the municipality.The local building code does not usually mention it, but the basic rule is that the height of a building is 6 metres from the highest point of the building, which is not subject to a permit.

What is the lifetime of a hybrid wind turbine?

Our extra-quality wind turbines are designed and manufactured to have as few moving parts as possible and are resistant to corrosion, dust and high winds, keeping maintenance costs to a minimum.The structure runs on three dust-protected acid-proof bearings and the chances of needing to replace them are minimal.The generator coils are also vacuum-vacuumed and resonance-free in special resin-filled cages. the rotor magnets are separated from the wind turbine magnets by a 2 mm air gap, guaranteeing an ultra-long service life. a well installed and well maintained wind turbine system will last at least 30 years. all components in our products are repairable and replaceable. we have not designed in any deliberate obsolescence. but the fact is that over a period of about 20 years, the magnets in any generator will show a weakening of about 15%. the good news is that they are also easy to replace.
